Families can send you a message straight from their Customer Portal to your inbox. Their email will be pre-filled with their family name and identification number along with their message so you can easily look them up in your system.
We have limited what families are able to update from the Customer Portal. We want them to tell you of the important stuff rather than secretly update it in the portal and have you possibly miss it. Smart, right?
Changes that they can make are limited to the kinds of details that you need to be able to contact them on a day-to-day basis – like their address, phone number and email address.
