SimplySwim is provided using a ‘Software as a Service‘ or SaaS model. (Wikipedia: Software as a Service) This means that the SimplySwim platform and databases are managed by us, and your data is stored on our secure servers. All you have to do is run your business while we look after the servers, databases, backups etc.

There are no hidden costs or surprises. Cancel or change your plan at any time.

What’s an “active family”?
Active families are defined as a family containing students that are enrolled in current or future classes. If you have a family that does not have active students, it won’t be counted against your total. For example, you could be on the $48/month Starter plan with 1,000 families in total, only 30 of them with active students and we will only bill you for 30 ‘active’ families.

Is it $XX/month per user, or $XX/total?
It’s $XX/month total. Our prices are fixed no matter how many people you have on your team — we never charge you per user. $139/month means $139/month total, no matter if you have 20 users or 200 users. You can use your SimplySwim account with as many users as you’d like and never have to worry about paying extra when your team grows!

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa & MasterCard for all monthly subscription charges.  Payments are processed securely using our preferred payment processor – Stripe Inc.

What happens after my trial?
You can upgrade to any plan any time during your 90 day trial. However, if you hit the end of your trial without choosing a plan, your account will be put on hold (your classes, families, and student data will all stay safe and sound, don’t worry) until you choose a plan (or cancel).

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
There’s no contract — you just pay as you go, and you can cancel any time without penalty.
