How does the 90 Day Improvement Promise free trial work?
After you sign up, you can access all the features in the Elite Plan for 90 days. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with SimplySwim before you buy the product. At any point during your 90 day trial, you can add your credit card to purchase any plan of your choice.
Can I change my subscription after signing up?
Yes, you can choose to change your subscription instantly. We do not have lock-in plans or minimum plan periods.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express. Unfortunately, we do not accept Paypal.
Do you accept bank transfers / offline payments / purchase orders?
Annual subscription invoices can be paid using EFT / ACH or by purchase order with prior arrangement. Please reach out to your SimplySwim Account Manager for additional details. Monthly subscription invoices cannot be paid by EFT / ACH or purchase order.
Do you have any cancellation fees?
No. SimplySwim is a pay-as-you-go subscription. We do not have any cancellation fees or lock-in contracts. You can cancel whenever you want, with the cancellation being actioned at the end of your current billing term.
