SimplySwim does not charge any fees for payments through the portal, however merchant and gateway processing fees are payable to Pin Payments. Processing fees can be passed on to minimise costs to business.
Any payments made by your families online will be reconciled and receipted to their SimplySwim account automatically in real time, meaning payments are being collected, allocated and receipted completely hands-off for you and your staff at the front desk.
