All fees and charges associated with direct debit – processing fees and declined payment fees – can be automatically passed on to your families.
All approved payments, configured fees and charges are automatically receipted to the family account with minimal overall admin time required.
How does it work?
You can utilise Direct Debit for all families at your centre or for selected clients. Families require a Direct Debit Agreement which can be self-managed through the SimplyPortal App (customer portal) and/or managed by the centre.
SimplySwim automatically calculates the exact amount each family with an active agreement will be debited. The amount calculated is determined by: the number of lessons falling in the direct debit; any payments, and any outstanding balance the family may have. Public Holidays and School Holidays are also automatically calculated.
When a payment is approved by the payment processor, it is automatically receipted against the family’s account in SimplySwim, including surcharge fees if these have been on charged.
When a family’s payment is declined, the reason will be displayed. If applicable a declined fee will be automatically added to their family account, and an automatic message notifying them will be sent. This messaging also directs them to make payment through the SimplyPortal App or other accepted methods.
